Perry’s Emporium exists to satisfy our customers. Your purchase may be refunded within 10 days from the original purchase date with original receipt. Exchanges are permitted up to 30 days of purchase date.
In order to receive credit for a return, or to be eligible for an exchange, the item MUST be: Unworn and undamaged In original condition In the original packaging, including gift box, with all warranty cards and booklets intact. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns. For exchanges, the customer must pay the shipping to return the item(s), and Perry’s Emporium will pay to ship the new item to the customer. To start a return or exchange, email info@perrysemporium.com with the subject line of your email as your first and last name, and either return or exchange (ex; Jane Doe Return).
Please include the order number, if applicable, in the email. Once a representative receives your request, you will be instructed on how to start the return/exchange process.
Special orders, completed layaways, and custom pieces are NOT returnable or exchangeable. Sale items marked final sale are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
