How the Rainy Day Guarantee Works:

When you purchase your complete* engagement ring at Perry’s Emporium, you are eligible to enter our Rainy Day Diamond Guarantee. There is no cost for the program. Simply buy your complete* engagement ring from Perry’s Emporium, make sure you are officially signed up by completing the proper paperwork and if it rains 1 inch or more on your wedding day, then your engagement ring is refunded in full (up to $5,000) excluding sales tax. We only ask, to be fair, that the guarantee paperwork is filled out completely AND your engagement ring is paid in full at least 100 days before your wedding date.

The rainfall is measured by an independent weather analytics company at our store location, 2520 Independence Blvd, in Wilmington, North Carolina, during the hours of 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) of the wedding date, regardless of the location of your wedding.
