🛍️ Details: Let It Snow Rules: 1. Any individual who makes a purchase in the qualified sales period, between November 24th and December 6th of 2025 at Perry's Emporium, and opts to participate in the Let It Snow promotion, is entitled to a refund in the amount of full purchase price, excluding sales tax and delivery charges, if the insured 3 inches of snow occurs in Blowing Rock, NC on Christmas Day (December 25th, 2025) between the insured hours of 12:01am and 11:59pm. 2. All purchases made during the qualified sales period are final. NO RETURNS or CANCELLATIONS are permitted, but items can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value before January 15th, 2026. 3. Individuals who have made a purchase and opted to participate in the promotion during the qualified sales period must PAY IN FULL in order to be eligible to recieve a refund as a qualified customer. 4. The insured snowfall will be measured in Blowing Rock, NC by Weather Analytics at their predetermined location. The official report will be the ONLY weather data relied upon in verifying the insured peril and weather refunds are to be made. 5. Please be advised that Perry's Emporium will not be in a position to confirm that the snowfall occured until a minimum of three days after the insured date. 6. In the event that conditions are met as defined in Rule #1 above, please be advised that it may take up to sixty (60) days after the weather recording date to recieve your refund. 7. Purchases made outside the qualified sales period, November 24th - December 6th, 2025, and all sales tax and delivery charges are not eligible for a refund through the Let It Snow promotion. 8. Perry's Emporium reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time, without notice, and honor those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion. 9. No purchase necessary. You may also enter this promotion by filling out an entry form. If the insured peril occurs, one entry will be randomly selected from all entries to win $100.00.
