It’s that time of year again for our annual Let It Snow Event! If it snows just 5″ on Christmas Day in Bethlehem, PA, all of your purchases made at Perry’s Emporium between November 23rd and December 5th could be FREE*! This is the perfect time to do your holiday shopping because it could all be free! We hope to see you there!

Let It Snow Rules:

1. Any individual who makes a purchase in the qualified sales period, between November 23 – December 5, 2020 at Perry’s Emporium, and opts to participate in the Let It Snow promotion, is entitled to a refund in the amount of the full purchase price, excluding sales tax and delivery charges, if the insured 5 inches of snow occurs in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on Christmas Day (December 25, 2020) between the insured hours of 12:01 am and 11:59 pm.
2. All purchases made during the qualified sales period are final. NO RETURNS or CANCELLATIONS are permitted, but items can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value before January 15, 2021.
3. Individuals who have made a purchase and opted to participate in the promotion during the qualified sales period must PAY IN FULL in order to be eligible to receive a refund as a qualified customer.
4. The insured snowfall will be measured in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania by Weather Analytics at their predetermined location. The official report will be the ONLY weather data relied upon in verifying the insured peril and whether refunds are to be made.
5. Please be advised that Perry’s Emporium will not be in a position to confirm that the snowfall occurred until a minimum of three days after insured date.
6. In the event that the conditions are met as defined in Rule #1 above, please be advised that it may take up to sixty (60) days after the weather recording date to receive your refund.
7. Purchases made outside of the qualified sales period, November 23 -December 5, 2020, and all sales tax and delivery charges are not eligible for a refund through the Let It Snow promotion.
8. Perry’s Emporium reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time, without notice, and honor those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion.
9. No purchase necessary. You may also enter this promotion by filling out an entry form. If insured peril occurs, one entry will be randomly selected from all entries to win $100.00.
